Initial recruiter screening led to the candidate quiz (aptitude test) which is described in Geotab's hiring process as "This is one part of the recruitment process and will not affect your application with Geotab". This statement is misleading at least, and sure enough, it affects the application (in a rejection way).

It was for a coop position. few behavioural questions and then reviewing a code in c#, explaining it and finding the bug in it. I also had to modify part of the code.
