I recently went through the interview process with GeriMedica, and overall, I found it to be a relatively straightforward experience. Initially, I had an interview with a recruiter who provided a basic assignment to complete. However, during the subsequent technical interview, I was surprised that there were no technical questions asked. This left me with some doubts about the depth of their technical knowledge assessment. The technical interview seemed to be focused more on general cultural fit and typical interview questions. While these questions are important, I was expecting a more in-depth technical evaluation to gauge my skills and expertise. In terms of difficulty, the entire process was relatively easy. The assignment given by the recruiter was straightforward, and the questions asked in the cultural interview were typical of what you would expect in most interviews. The assignment is about uploading csv file. Overall, if you are looking for a less rigorous technical evaluation and prioritize cultural fit, GeriMedica may be a suitable option. However, if you value a more comprehensive technical assessment during the interview process, you may want to consider other opportunities.
