Contacted by email first asking questions about my availability, later held a virtual meeting with around 2-3 people, then was asked for an in-person meeting where I got to tour the company, meet the interviewers in-person, and even a co-op student on the job. After that, they ghosted me (wish they had just contacted me to reject me so I knew to move on) so just beware of that.
