3 interview process. 1st interview is with Get Air recruiter that is very helpful. Questions based on resume so you know they took the time to review it. 2nd interview is with district manager and the questions are unique and can be challenging. Have your accomplishments ready. 3rd interview is with a few Corporate officers. Questions are very specific and throughout this process they are very informative. I felt comfortable asking questions. They keep their work on their timelines.

Never heard back after the interview. They could have at least sent an email to explain they moved on with other applicants. Scheduling time and spending 45 min interviewing then left in the dark

The interview was very professional. They were open and straightforward with what they were looking for in an manager. They explained that due to covid operations had to be slightly adjusted.
