The interview process was quick, and both interviewers were polite. I do believe that my nervousness caused me to miss points and have structure, but this was by far the longest, question-heavy interview I’ve attended. Many of the questions felt unproductive and didn’t encourage any real brainstorming. I would recommend a shorter, more interactive process instead.
I requested feedback, but unfortunately, the recruitment lead never got back to me with an outcome, which I found extremely unprofessional. I had to email her twice just to receive a response, and when I asked for feedback, she never followed up— which was quite disappointing. Aside from that, the two interviewers in Burnley were nice and polite.

Question 1

I had two interviews as I wanted the location to be nearer to me. It wasn’t difficult provided I hadn’t done the role previously. It was pretty straightforward 2 person interviewing panel.

Interview
The interview started with some ice breaking questions. Afterwards, there were some behavioral questions and some strength questions. The interviewer did make me feel comfortable. There were approximately 8 questions other than the HR related questions.
