The hiring committee at Gibbons is great! Very casual and easy conversations rather than a rigid interview. That being said, every employee should be fully prepared to speak on behalf of his/her resume.

Met with three partners to discuss my interest in an associate position at the firm. All were warm, personable, and asked questions targeted to getting to know me as a person, as well as my experiences in law school and as a law clerk.
