2 interviews, first one was with the Help Desk Admin and a Project Manager. Second was with those 2 again plus the CEO. The CEO spent the whole time attempting to intimidate me. The first sentence out of his mouth was "You're scared of me, aren't you?" and I immediately knew that I didn't want to work here. He interrupted me mid interview to berate another employee about not oiling the chairs in the meeting room. In the end I was offered a 6 month internship with the possibility to earn $10/hr. I will admit that there is likely an incredible amount of knowledge to be gained at this company, however they know that, and aren't humble about it either. If you like that type of environment, then go for it.
