      Production Supervisor Interview

      May 31, 2026
      Anonymous employee
      Bolingbrook, IL
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Giesecke+Devrient (Bolingbrook, IL)

      Interview

Went through 2 interviews. One with a current production supervisor and the final round was with someone higher up. A good interview from both rounds. Make sure you have stories on what you have done to improve data from previous experience. Stories on implementing training to teams you’ve developed and how you kept them consistent. Many leadership style questions.
