I did not get to the interview stage, as I did not pass their test assignment. I sent my application and later was asked to do a take-home assignment for free. It was also said that they would provide a feedback shortly after the evaluation. In my personal opinion, doing such assignments makes sense only if an applicant receives a feedback. It's very important for any designer. Otherwise, it is a waste of time. Also, such assignments are often very abstract, as the task should be highly contextual. Instead of a feedback from Ginetta, I received a standard auto-response that they chose to proceed with other candidates. It felt a bit unprofessional and lacking a human touch, considering the time I invested.
