Applied through the blue site and made a quick phone call about the job. Company doesn't like to include "outsource" keyword in job description. It pops up during the interview. Instead of "outsource" they prefer to use "consultant". I was so confused and asked what's the difference between outsource and consultant. Sadly replied, it's the same thing and you may call outsource. Most IT people know "outsource" keyword creates a negative impact. Very likely, the reason of company tries to this term comes from that impact that those companies made years ago. This company rents employees to companies and get profit from them each month without doing anything. I highly recommend stay away from this company. Because they don't even stand behind what they're actually doing.
