I was able to easily park in one of their parking spaces for a maximum of one hour, and I was greeted by the HR manager, who offered me a coffee.
The person who left their post joined us, and we went upstairs to a meeting room to begin the interview.
Unfortunately, the CEO was not present because he had delegated recruitment to the outgoing person.
After a brief agenda, I launched into my presentation.
Although my resume seemed to interest him, the interview quickly became unpleasant. He didn't seem to be listening or understanding my answers either. After 40 minutes, it became clear that time was running out.
After 50 minutes, the excuse of an upcoming meeting was given to end the conversation, so I left the room after 55 minutes.
It was very abrupt and not very respectful, considering that I had to cancel other appointments to come and see them.
I advise other candidates to be prepared for this type of situation (hybrid, remote, and fast-paced).
