Did one with the talent coordinator, who was very nice and told me all about the company and pay and benefits to make sure it’s something I would like before having a zoom interview with the district manager and branch manager together. Gave me a call back the next day to follow up and was a very smooth process !

None . we just talked about when I had previous experience working at a tanning salon. There was literally no interview process. She made me wait out in the lobby for her so she could get herself together.

Was interviewed by shop manager and was hired within a few days. The sales rep was present during interview and even offered to share her lunch with me.
