Phone interview to get in touch and discuss interest. Then set up a in-person interview. This process was good and instructions were clear. The process was efficient and had a low pressure atmosphere.

They started the interview by getting to know one another, then transitioned into strengths and weaknesses. At one point they stopped me and highlighted a situation that could arise and asked if I was comfortable and confident that I could handle and would enjoy this sort of opportunity.
