Vasant Kunj interview review - I got a call from the CEO or CTO of the company, I went for the face 2 face round and seen that company is running inside of a room and there is not any HR to followup, I waited around 3 hours then the CTO and CTO interacted with me , There was a small glass cabin to take interview, As I observed that there was not space for the employees to sit and work together, Every employee was looking very "helpless" and " ENTANGLED ". As CEO told me that they are building the world class product in supply chain domain , So I thought that interview will also be world class means the going to very tough, But after attempting the interview , I understand the company don't required the hard core technical guys, The required the " ENTANGLED" type employees. I thing the CTO was not technical and a not a hard core tech guy , Because he was just asking the definitions of the terms, Not event asked any approach , algorithm and anything core technical as other companies CTO ask.
