Weirdest interview I have ever been part of. First, a 10 minute telephone interview, second interview with Robert. He spent the entire time (90 minutes) talking about himself and didn't ask me anything. The next day I advised I wasn't interested in the role.

I wasn't really asked anything at all. I was just told 'if I made it this far, they knew I was qaulified'....I had only had a short telephone screen.
