It’s quite easy. First of all, aptitude round was conducted and then coding round was conducted and finally HR round was conducted, later on offer letter was received for me in the email
I attended the Glenwood Systems recruitment process through my college campus drive. The process had multiple rounds. The first round was an online written test that included basic aptitude questions, logical reasoning, and a few programming questions in Java and C. The difficulty level was moderate for freshers.
After clearing the written test, I had a technical round where the interviewer asked me about OOP concepts, Java fundamentals, SQL queries, and some basics of HTML and servlets. They also asked me to explain my project and write simple logic-based programs. The technical discussion was mostly focused on fundamentals.
The final round was an HR discussion. They asked typical questions like my strengths, weaknesses, why I want to join Glenwood Systems, and whether I am willing to work in Chennai. They also explained about the work culture and training. Overall, the interview experience was smooth and professional, and the panel was friendly. The process is good for freshers who have strong basics in programming and communication.
I went for The role software developer. It was nice but could not understand what the company expects from a canditate. The HR was nice .Overall a good experience. The company seems small but well knowledged employees.
