Two quick interviews, a HR screening and one with a technical manager. Normal background check and general questions about work preferences. They were very transparent about what the role would be, which made me see it was not what I was looking for. However they also said they hire (for internships at least) based on your degree very rigidly. When I pushed on this, they didn't even seem to want to consider other relevant experience, which sounds a bit old-school to me.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Glintt (Lisbon, Lisbon District) in Jul 2025
Interview
HR interview goes pretty well, they ask your academic background, the projects your participated in, what technical skills you have. Also, greatest strengths and weaknesses. I made it in this stage but didn't pass on the technical one.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Glintt in May 2022
Interview
Interviews and exercices via a zoom call.
A lot of observers and interaction with a lot of unknow people. Weird exercices and weird time. They are all very nice and kind
