Multiple interviews and tests . Multiple levels of departments. Good range of management exposure. Relatively fast decision making . Department managers make final calls.the tests were the hardest part. In my years of working I have not faced such tests. Don’t underestimate them.

The process began with the human resource agent guiding me to the interview room, he spoke to me for a while and gave a lot of encouraging words. From that moment on I waited to be interviewed and a couple members of the team came in and the interview began, they were very nice and welcoming.
