The first interview was one on one and lasted about 20 minutes. I was told if selected to move on the second interview would be attending a corporate event and should meet at least one corporate representative. The corporate event was standing in an aisle of Walmart while the two other "employees" approached shoppers and attempted to sign them up for cable tv services or switch around their plans to lower their bills. After hours of standing there one of the guys finally explained this is a commission only position and broke out a piece of paper with sales levels to reach and how you can one day own your own office and make thousands of dollars per week getting others to hang around Walmart annoying the shoppers. This company and several others like it have well written advertisements that vaguely hint at the details of the job. I left feeling sorry for the folks that buy into this scheme. The high end of their average commissions was less than I make at my current entry level position.
