Firstly phone screening, then one written task and interview.
The interview itself was ok, but the hiring process was ugly: their job ad primarily listed it as a full time/perm, then HR verbally claimed that it might start from a one-year contract, and in the interview, they reconfirmed that, even added something like "many of us start with 1-2 years in contract".
The HR also repeatedly checked my salary expectation and the lowest acceptable level, although I had made it very clear in the phone screening and on the filled application form.
I am not sure if these approaches or tricks are part of their hiring strategy, but they did make me uncomfortable.
