You will be interviewed over video and then asked to do a writing test - then you'll get a call back before you meet with a higher level manager - at which time they will tell you the hiring status and what to expect next.

This was a prescreening call. The interviewer asked personal questions that had no relevance to the job or its scope. They were invasive and totally not relevant to the conversation flow.
