The interview process consisted of three rounds:
In the first round, I underwent a case study focusing on the development of a country and the assessment of debt sustainability. This was followed by a written test covering topics such as the IMF, bonds, balance of payments, sovereign default, bond restructuring, debt profile, and credit rating. Subsequently, I had four consecutive interviews with analysts, delving into the same subjects.
Moving to the second round, I engaged in three consecutive interviews with more senior personnel, including associates and VPs. These interviews covered similar topics as the first round, with a significant overlap in questions.
Finally, the third round is an interview with the general manager, where discussions revolve around compensation, cultural fit, and related matters.
