The interview process was a joke and a complete waste of my time. The interviewer kept getting interrupted, which is completely unprofessional. And, it only lasted 10 minutes, if that. I would have thought that the interviewer just didn't like me, but he spent the entire time we talked prepping me for my interview with the hiring manager, so I was confused. And, he praised my resume up and down. I think he wanted to interview my resume and not actually a person. After the third interruption, I was told that there was a recruiting emergency and the interviewer had to leave. I've never heard of a recruiting emergency - there is no such thing. And, then I never heard from them again. This was after the interviewer told me that I'd be moving forward to an interview with the hiring manager and that he'd get in touch with me by the end of the week.
