After sitting through a webinar about the company after being told it would be an interview, I realized this was probably a scheme or a position that wouldn't last long for most people. They lied about the Benefits Specialist job and it's actually for sales, which I am not interested in. Despite having no experience in the field they seemed eager to hire me. I have not spoken to a person who seems genuine about the company. The process seems rushed and impersonal. They want you to pay for your training up front, which sounds nice, but from what I've read it does not seem trustworthy. As soon as I saw the meeting was a Webinar I knew it couldn't be trusted simply because they only tell you things they want you to hear. I have seen no answers to my questions about this being a legitimate opportunity, have not talked to anyone besides what seems to be sales people, was lied to about the job I applied for, and no promise or security about being appropriately trained for this job. I will not be completing this interview process as it seems like a waste of time.
