I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Glovo in November 2018.
Interview
Very bad, no opportunity for young talent or African talent. Tech recruiter does not have the ability to spot top talent, they are literally looking for a perfect developer, which i believe does not exist. Also very low salary range with less benefits.

Application
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Glovo in January 2019.
Interview
Very disorganized, and having read the reviews online I didn't have high hopes but even then I was disappointed.
Question highlights
1) When asked a very vague CS question, I responded that I didn't know the topic and asked if they could clarify. The interviewer smirked and asked incredulously how I didn't know
2) Asked me a Java specific question about object design and diagrams. I do not do java and have never said that I know anything about Java. We moved past this and
3) (Wanted to) ask me a series of SQL questions which I'm not prepared for. Nowhere on my resume did I include that I knew SQL so the interviewer just cut it short instead of prepping for an alternative
My takeaways:
1) They use Java and a very boring sounding stack
2) They have an open office concept. Not sure if this is new or common in Europe but avoid these things like the plague. My first interview was noisy and it was difficult to hear what the interviewer was asking
3) They try and get you on gotchas. You're better off prepping for interviews at Google or the big 4 than this place

I applied online. I interviewed at Glovo (Barcelona (Spain)).
Interview
We started the interview and after a while they asked if I have a bachelors degree, which is clearly stated on my resume that I don't. Then they said my Spanish working visa can't be sponsored by them because of that. DId you even read my resume before arranging a call?

I applied online. I interviewed at Glovo (Barcelona (Spain)) in March 2017.
Interview
The interview was through a video-call service and it lasted about 40 minutes. The most part of the time the interviewer was talking about the company successes but very little about the tech part, although it was an interview for a technological position.

Interview
I found the job posting on Linkedin Jobs and applied for it through the company's website. After that, I got an email to schedule a video interview.
During the interview I learnt about the company, the web stack that they were using and got asked some basic computer science questions. After answering all the questions and expressing some of my own, I was asked if I want to proceed to next phase of the interviewing process at once.
I agreed and continued the interview with one of the tech leads, who asked me more web development related question. We also had a livecoding session in which I had to perform some actions and write some code to prove my programming skills and thinking process.
I got a job offer the following day.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Glovo (Istanbul (Turkey)) in July 2018.
Interview
I was first contacted by HR ( Sofia). She was so nice and helpful during the whole process. First we had a talk about the company job environment what are my expectations and what glovo can offer and much more. Afterwards I have talked with Alex and the Co-founder Oscar. They were both very nice and helpful towards me. During the process questions were quite hard if you are not interested in "on-demand" business. I am working in the same field so it wasnt that hard. They also send you a test before the interviews. Test was easy too of course if you are familiar with UTR, thourhputs and etc. I didnt get an offer in the end but Sofia called me and gave me a feedback and encouraged me to apply again.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Glovo (Barcelona (Spain)) in June 2017.
Interview
CEO himself promised connection dates, alluded to next process steps, vaguely guided me as candidate to what was likely to happen. Then he went dark. Completely non-communicate and would not respond to notes.
I would have been happy to learn more from the company but it appears that this another example of a team that has received some funding, has grown arrogant / believes its own press, but has no clue of how difficult the road ahead will be. Good luck.
The face of a "growth" company sourcing a key senior role shows himself as being completely unprofessional. It costs nothing to be courteous.

The process took a week. I interviewed at Glovo (Barcelona (Spain)) in December 2017.
Interview
I was contacted by the product lead directly through LinkedIn, and went straight for an onsite interview. The onsite consisted of 4 team leads who went through: culture fit, algorithm questions, software architecture questions and general optimisation problems/how to debug and test software.
The four interviews were interesting (specially architecture) but none of them were particularly difficult. I got an answer (positive) on the same day and accepted on the following week. Interviewers were friendly and engaging, and made the culture fit an important part of the interview.
