I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Glumac (Portland, OR) in Jan 2011
Interview
Very pleasant. Two of the company's principals took me to lunch and had good questions. They wanted me to explain my expertise. Very relaxing conversations between all parties. They were very open to my questions of their management style.
Phone screening and two interviews for an entry level position, online and in person. Friendly people and did not ask any technical questions, only a few personal questions. The hiring process seemed pretty long, about a month and a half for final decision.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Glumac (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2017
Interview
Talked with the professional engineer who I would be working under. He talked mainly about who the company is and what the company does. Only asked me a couple questions and were very easy to talk too
