Two interviews one over Microsoft teams and one in person at site. Teams meeting for roughly one hour with deputy manager. Got a tour around the site and met the manager and deputy manager and discussed role further.
Very chilled out, incredibly friendly and approachable staff.

Interview
Arrived for a group interview where we were greeted by about 6 members of the team from across the ranks. We would then do teambuilding exercises in two groups with informal chat to the current staff asking any questions we had. Then one by one everyone would be taken out for an interview one-2-one. Overall the interview was around 3 hours.

It was a fifteen minute long zoom call with cameras on, they asked me three questions and then they said they would be in touch soon. I received an email about a week later.
