Interview
Interview process was great. Relatively straight forward questions. They're looking for integrity and passion. They care about results, as they are a company always in demand. They ask you if you've had previous experience in the position and also hypothetical on how you would deal with a customer.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Go Green Auto Spa (Century City, CA)
Interview
Meet up one on one
Ask if I want a job
If I have experience as a cashier
Told me to sign and that’s it and was hired
Mostly lots of paper work, also ask what size vest for uniform. Give you a jacket but take it out of your check, training was super easy, but the technology that suppose to work to speed the process better always will crash or broke causing the customers to yell and get angry.
