Please Read this fully because i have enlisted everything in the process. If you are Really into Mechanical Engineering, join this Company,you must know the basic concepts of Mechanical Engineering so as to pass the Technical Round.You will be either Selected Directly or as a payed Intern. There are 3 Rounds : 1.Group Discussion 2.Technical Interview 3.Personal Interview It was a Campus Placement.If you passed the technical Round ,but you yourself know that you didn't attend it well, it means that they are going to select you as a Payed Trainee,you are supposed to pay 25000 Rs to be an Intern(Seriously!!! will you pay to work) for 3 months ,then you will be a permanent employee of the company given that you did well as an intern.They Promise to Give a Salary of 4.12 Lakh Per Annum,around 35000 a month, but most of them say that you will get a salary of 15000 Rs for the First Year. So Now, The Interview Process,It took Straight 12 hours for us. You will be Separated into group of 25 people for GD.The GD was Unethical because all of us were sitting together in the GD Room where the HR Gave us a topic,but he pointed out everyone and asked to speak about it.So it was Technically NOT A GD. Dont be Happy if you Cleared this,they check if you have the basic communication skills and not your confidence. Now Comes the Technical Round and this round will decide whether you join as a payed intern or a Direct Employee.I got Selected as a payed employee as i didn't perform the technical Interview well.If you Perform technical Interview well,you will sure get into the company. Now Personal Interview (PI) ,if you are a girl ,you are lucky ,they will send you first ,you are unlucky as they will send you last.Even For PI ,they sent the students in groups of 15,it was totally unethical. Atleast PI should be face to face 1:1. They will ask you Questions like 1.Why should i hire you? 2.Where is bhuvaneshwar. 3.When did you last cry? 4.Do Check your Hobbies because you will get questions from it. I Cleared the Technical Interview at 2:00 PM and attended My PI along with 14 students at 10:00 PM . Only 40 were selected out of the 80 selected for Technical Interview,11 were direct selection. So If you are a Mechanical Engineer With Low CGPA with no standing Arrears and dont care about living in a Place like Orrisa, this could be a better start for you as you get to learn the Practical Skills.BUT ,if you are not ok with Shifting ,this is not for you. But Overall The Interview Was not Good and it was Long.The HR were supposed to come by 9 AM ,but they showed up 2 hrs late.If you are from Bhuvaneshwar ,it could be great for you. ALL THE BEST!!!
