Day 1 - Bmi check, tattoos and mock interview.
Day 2 - Workshop
Day 3 - i) Group of 10 (asked personal questions.) each group was asked different questions.
ii) English written test.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at GoAir (Ahmedabad)
Interview
First round was introduction and basic questions, second round was BMI, scar and tattoo check, third round was English test, fourth round was group discussion and final round was role play.

First round was gd.the second round is personal round third round was one to one. It was not to simply ,way or difficult. Believe in yourself....there were around 6 interviewor who was interviewing ourselves.
