Screening > Co-founder talk > forfeited opportunity
1. Screening- Executive was courteous. Well rounded conversation .
2. Co founder talk- Condescending tone, babbled most of the time, pushy (read not assertive), tried way to hard to sell the org.
Forfeited opportunity- sensed toxicity

Suggestion- question the stakeholders about the org. Interviews are a two of street to check for your next ideal organisation.

Interview
They are likely to burden you with multiple tests and assessments, most of which seem pointless since they don’t appear to review or take them seriously. In fact, they even admit outright that you can use any tools or methods to cheat if needed, which is quite odd. It gives the impression that the recruiters are less concerned about genuine evaluation and more focused on simply ticking boxes to secure their own position within the organization.
Interviewers sometimes resort to using abusive language in an attempt to appear cool during the interview process, which comes across as completely unprofessional and inappropriate.
