There were two rounds of interviews for the customer service representative position. It was pretty basic for the position. They lasted about 30 minutes for each time. I had to do a typing test too.

Interview
Interview was conducted through Google Meet. I was contacted via email and asked to choose a time on the interviewer's calendar when he was available. I then received another email with a link that opened a Google Meet session.
