Initial call with a recruiter, several week delay/break, moved on to 2nd interview, also a phone screen/video call. Then on to completing a project, and presentation of said project during a panel video interview. There were no in-person interviews. During the web conference it was clear multiple members of the panel were not paying attention and were talking and joking amongst themselves. During the Q&A period after the presentation I was asked multiple questions that were clearly already answered during the presentation. Additionally when I was given feedback during the "thanks but no thanks" period, several points of their feedback very obviously were regarding someone else's presentation - they referenced a product I didn't discuss, and addressed specific points of my presentation that did not exist. Overall a very poor interview process both in their lack of respect regarding people's time, and lack of respect during the interview process.
