Easy interview, nice HR rep, good communication. I really enjoyed learning about the company and my interviewers history with the company. I know it was a good interview when we were scheduled for half an hour, but talked for an hour.

The phone interview process was fairly easy. They also test your knowledge of the area where you be will be working. To do this, they give you a series of questions to complete to see how well you can demostrate your ability to assist a new client who has just moved from another country.
