Initial phone interview, 30 minutes. Not sure why the company even reached out to speak with me because within the first five minutes the lady was telling me how my prior experience concerns her and how i might not be qualified. I knew at that point i wasnt going to be considered moving forward. She was overall nice to speak with but i knew I wasnt going to pushed forward in the process.
