I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Goodbody (Dublin, Dublin) in Feb 2025
Interview
1st round a call with hr. Second round was a zoom with an analyst and a member of HR. The HR team was lovely, the analyst seemed to want to catch you out. Got ghosted after second round, without even an automated email to let me know. Also, took months for them to even screen applications from the closing date. Think there was a 3-month gap between applying and hearing back for first round for all applicants. Then had to chase them for my interview date for round 2 as they told me I’d have it by a certain day and it never came. Overall very unorganised process with little consideration for final year student schedules and time.

2 rounds of interviews. First round is a general get to know you with one Hr and one from another department. Invited to final round for a case study interview with senior management.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Goodbody (Dublin, Dublin) in Jul 2022
Interview
Two interview rounds with a panel of two interviewers. Different panel in each round. The atmosphere was relaxed and conversational. The style of questions centered on you as a person (your interest, strengths and weaknesses), situational experience (teamwork, issue resolution, leadership etc.) and technical questions (markets focused).Interviewers were very accommodative and the technical questions took more of a discussion style.
