Was shortlisted, had telephonic interview, they asked about my experiences and my expectations, everything went well. Received call from interviewer two days later, said considered for the position, had another problem solving round, went well. Said HR Team would communicate soon. A week passed, no response from organisation, mailed HR, again no response, called up HR, says you have not been considered for the role. This is such a frustrating situation, on one hand interviewer says you have selected, another says you are not considered. Moreover no timely communication given to candidate.
