45 minute phone screen with a recruiter about 6 - 8 weeks after applying online. Very pleasant conversation, seems like a great organisation. Declined as she felt I was too senior for the role - perhaps she was letting me down gently!

Recruiter screen was about 15 minutes. The recruiter gave an overview of the role and company, then asked about compensation expectations, location, and whether I would be open to relocation. The hiring manager round focused more on technical depth, product/program judgment, stakeholder management, and how I work with engineering teams. Overall, it felt conversational but still fairly detailed.

Recruiter screen, technical screenings, Hiring manager, culture fit and team interviews. 5 interviews that take about 4-5 weeks total. The interview process is very smooth, everyone is super kind and responsive. The hiring manager gave me plenty of chances to improve my answers, in the end I think I wasn't thinking right that day and I respect their decision based on my performance.
