Got called in for an in person interview with their Sales Training Manager where promoting your soft/people skills are just as important as the experience.
It's a sales position, you've also got to give a personable feel.

The interview process was very quick and speedy, and the interviewer created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The questions were very simple and could be answered very naturally. As long as you are good at talking about yourself and are polite and have good problem solving skills and strategies, it is easy.
