Interview
This company is a bunch of smoke and mirrors and completely wasted my time. They will sit there and tell you how they are the greatest company in the world. I was interviewed for a PM position and was told in the interview that I had all the qualifications and my experience was excellent. They made it seem like I already had the job with their over optimism. After the interview one of their estimators pulled me aside into his office and showed me subcontractor estimates and the estimating process of the company, internal information that should only be shared with employees, so I assumed they were planning on hiring me if they were willing to show me this. He asked me when I could start and I said right away. Then I get an email saying that I am not qualified for a PM position and that they would consider me for an APM position if they ever needed one, When I had clearly stated in the interview I was done assistant pming and was ready to take on a bigger role at this point in my career. This was a complete waste of my time and very misleading. If they had thought I was not qualified why would they call me in for an interview, tell me I had all the qualifications and then tell me I was not good enough? Just be careful people these people will make you feel on top of the world just to let you down.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Gordon Highlander (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2024
Interview
Sat down with multiple people, and were all very kind. Multiple interviews, first with HR, then director of department and then multiple higher ups in the company. Three interviews to be exact but I enjoyed every one of them,
