I received an email from HR to schedule a virtual interview. The virtual interview included, myself, HR, and a Technical Product Specialist. The interview was very generic and asked a few questions about experience, interests, and expectations. A few days later, I received another email for a second in person interview. The company provided a test account to explore and share feedback for the second interview. I was greeted by the HR when I arrived to the interview. I was introduced to the team which consisted of Developers, Graphic Designer, Product Technical Specialist, and VP of Product. The interview took about 1.5 hours and all were interested to "see" the feedback. I presented my notes and findings of ways to improve the product as requested. During the interview, many of the interviewers were coming in and out of the interview to attend other meetings, which I found unprofessional and distracting - I wasn't sure who was in charge of the interview but I felt like the interview went well. Once the interview concluded, I was told HR would be in contact within a couple days and I walked myself out. I feel like the HR should have at least walked me out and speak to be about next steps and what to expect. I followed up a few times since I didn't hear back and never received a followup from HR until a generic message was sent to me via linkedin.
