I applied through Jobstreet.com and received an e-mail after a day. I was scheduled for an initial interview the first day and informed me that they will just text me the result. The next day, I received a SMS asking me to return to their office the next day. After arriving they asked me to fill-out 3 pages of application form and to draw the location of my house, it took about an hour. Next process was the examination itself where there are about 10 categories of questionnaire only for 7 minutes each, roughly a total of 300 items. They asked me to return the afternoon of the same day for the interview with HR Manager. After finishing the interview they told me that they will notify me regarding the result of the application the next day. They didn't. The process is average but it could have been a lot better if they would inform you that they cannot extend an offer.
