Two telephone interviews followed by an in-person interview. The in-person interview consisted of a presentation and a written piece that was submitted in advance. The interview panel consisted of HR and the two directors. Their new office was lovely and I felt the interview was quite relaxed which put me at ease.

One interview by phone, and then one face-to-face with an exercise to fill prior. The exercise gives a good idea of the day-to-day tasks. The interviewers were friendly and they also explained well the next steps afterwards.
