I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Government Statistical Service in Dec 2025
Interview
Civil service personal statement and CV. Invited to interview early December. Heard back to say I had achieved the required standard about a week later. Matched with a role in late January (conditional on vetting). Interview was online, a presentation on supplied data first followed by competency questions.

Interview
A single interview with a fairly typical process and a welcoming and relatively relaxed environment. Beforehand I was sent data, for example emissions graphs etc. and was asked to prepare a short presentation on what the trends mean.
