Interview process was awesome. First couple rounds were basic video calls and a technical assessment and the final round was an on-site interview. They do a great job of getting to know you and also at the same time, giving you information about them. Everyone was super nice and welcoming and honestly you get out what you put in. If you are responsive and transparent and ask them questions, they will reciprocate and show the same energy. Recruiters did a great job of helping you out and being responsive. All in All ten out of ten.
Typical recruiter phone screening and then received the take home coding assessment. It was astronomically longer than they advertised (spent 20+ hours on it) and never heard anything back. Go read all these reviews about interviewing at this company. This place sounds toxic.
