The recruiting process was disorganized and frustrating. Initial contact was made by an intern, which in itself isn’t an issue, but the process lacked the professionalism and clarity one would expect from an established company.
There were several scheduling miscommunications — for example, receiving interview requests with mismatched dates and times, including one scheduled for the middle of the night. Follow-up was inconsistent, and the overall coordination left me questioning how internal operations are managed.
A more respectful and streamlined candidate experience would go a long way toward reinforcing confidence in the company’s culture and values.
