Interview
I applied to Gozoop from my college placements. The process has multiple rounds and the HRs made the entire process pretty smooth. First, they shortlisted on the basis of CVs and then gave us a set of questions, and to answer them we had to make a video of it. After that, there were couple of one on one interview rounds. The interviewers were amazing and made the process easy. I got selected for the role.

Interview
The process didn't take too long. The HR connected with me through LinkedIn. She said my profile matches the requirement and if I was interested I could forward her my resume. I did so and she called me up and asked me if I could complete the test by next day EOD and then we can take the process forward. I agreed. I completed the test by next day and forwarded it to her. Third day morning she mailed me she has scheduled my interview for next day 3.00 p.m. without even asking me if I was available for that time. Anyway I called her and asked her to reschedule it for another day.
On the day of interview, I went to the work place and was asked to wait as the HR was busy. I saw the HR moving here and there but I did not know that she was the HR. I just thought she was some random employee. Later the same lady called me in. There was one more HR person in the interview room. These ladies asked me nothing related to work. They only asked me questions related to my personal life. I don't know what my personal life has got to do with my work. Being women, they were asking me about my marriage plans. When will I get married? Whether my parents mind if I sit back late. Like really? Being a woman, how can someone even ask another woman such questions. Ask me about my present. Why are you trying to predict my future?
