I had the opportunity to work with Jim V. for an HR position that was open in the area. Long story short, I was very excited for the role but after interviewing, I thought the the hiring managers managing style would be the best fit for me. They were trying to figure out their own stuff. The interview process was very smooth at first but towards the end it was more bumpy and longer. Jim though was great and updated me every step of the way. He is definitely one of the best recruiters I have ever worked with. He is one of the good ones!
