General questions that spoke to size of team I've managed, revenue numbers, etc. During the phone interview, whatever appeared on my pre-emplyment assessment was a strength snd won me the in-person interview . However, I was never asked questions regarding any strategic initiatives I've deployed that led to my previous successes.
Again, the bias was rather obvious.
