Much of the process was straight forward, but the leadership team dropped a simple yet time intensive task in my lap the night before the interview. Not a good way to ensure you candidate achieves maximum potential, but I suppose a solid testament to their ability to complete a task in deadline. The worst was the lack of understanding in urgency. After informing the leaders of a pending offer from another source they did move up my interview but then were unable to provide an answer within their own timeline. The answer was both disheartening and ill prepared… quite the opposite of my candidacy. The reasoning was a lack of industry specific experience although the industry is still in its infancy, as well as this business. Just poor management from a team look g for a quality leader. Beware. Be cautious and be careful. Poor salary range, poor benefits, no retirement. Good luck.
